Palmetto Group is made up of a team of highly skilled professionals who work meticulously on small details to achieve the bigger goal. Over 12 years ago, our President, Lance Thrift started a professional commercial and residential horticulture business. He started Palmetto Horticulture Services with the vision of providing top level landscaping and horticulture services. Naturally, as a result of first rate work in the industry, work requests for clearing, grading, hardscapes, retaining walls, and other construction projects came filing in. Excelling in these areas led to larger residential building requests such as home additions, garages, stand alone buildings, and custom built pool houses. With over 10 years experience in building it was only a matter of time for commercial work requests. In 2017 Palmetto Horticulture Services became licensed general contractors, and to reflect this growth we converted to Palmetto Group Contracting, Inc. Remembering our roots, and still growing, we have the unique ability to provide superior craftsmanship with a personal touch on all residential and commercial projects.
